WHAT NEXT?

The deadline for entries closed on the 31st August. 20 candidates from the UK and 20 from the US will then be selected to take part in the 1 day challenge, in London for UK entrants and Las Vegas for US entrants. On this day you will be met by a panel of judges who will put you through a series of challenging mixology tasks. One entrant will be crowned the winner at each location.

What can you both expect as the victors of the UK and US final? For 14 days you will learn from the teams in Apotheke or 69 Colebrooke Row. Undertaking shift work in the bars, learning the signature drinks and techniques. You will experiment with unique creations and fusions in the labs and visit the source of the quality ingredients so integral to the success of the final cocktail. We’ll also ensure you have a little time off for sightseeing as well.
